Age Two

AGE TWO

The Fathers

Written and Narrated by Nancy Hamilton

Welcome to Marchlands: A Chronicle of the Ages, an epic seven-age biblical legendarium that retells the greatest story ever told with the grandeur of ancient myth while remaining faithful to Scripture. Each Age unfolds another chapter in the long war between Light and Darkness, beginning at the dawn of creation and continuing through history toward the final restoration of all things.

Age Two: The Fathers

The Age of the Fathers begins when Abraham leaves the security of a great city to follow El Elyon into the unknown. Here, God establishes an unbreakable covenant, with His eternal Word alone walking between the sacrifice to bear the full weight of the oath.

This is the Age of faith, where Job suffers without answers, Jacob wrestles into a new identity, Joseph descends into Egypt before rising to save many, and God's promise is carried through tents, deserts, and generations. Above all, it is the Age where grace preserves what human merit never could.

Age Two, Book One: The Sojourner

The Sojourner begins in Ur, where Abraham is called to leave everything behind and trust a promise that seems impossible. As the covenant is sealed, it is not Abraham who passes between the sacrifice, but El Elyon's eternal Word, taking both sides of the oath upon Himself.

From that moment, the promise begins its long journey toward a mountain, a substitute, and the fulfillment of every covenant God has made.
